The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office received a grant to produce a CD-ROM introducing other police agencies to their national model ShAdCo (Sheriff’s Advisory Council) for successful citizen advisory councils.

The CD was video-intensive, including numerous testimonial stories from police and citizen volunteers. As part of the contract, a public service announcement for both television and radio broadcasting was produced.
